The ideal candidate will bring high energy to the team. We arelooking for a call center associate with a hunter mentality who is prepared toput time and energy into a high number of outbound calls to maximize conversionof all leads.

 

The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership foreffectively solving customer issues, complaints, inquiries, keeping customersatisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. Team work is critical andinvolves strong collaboration both with Call Center colleagues and the outsidesales team.

 

Core Elements of the role

•         Advocate &passionate about cord blood banking

•         Ability to providesuperior service to create extremely satisfied clients, including

a.      Answer client service calls professionally

b.      Check and respond appropriately to clientemails and voicemails throughout the day

c.      Conduct outbound calls to all leads inorder to create conversations and close the sale

d.      Maintain a high productivity and efficiencylevel to maximize interactions

e.      Maintain client and employeeconfidentiality

f.       Complete all assigned daily activities

•         Manage and maintain client data in databaseaccurately

•         Verify anddistribute various forms, including client invoices and client-relateddocumentation

•         Build professionalrelationships with all key OBGYN offices

•         Assist with companymarketing events and projects

•         Participate incontinuing education and training

•         Facilitateeducational events for expecting parents in the market regarding cord blood

           banking   

 

Education and Training

  • Bachelor’s degree/or minimum two years of sales experience 
  • Medical office experience a plus

 

Additional Requirements

  • English/2nd language preferred (Armenian / Turkish/ Korean)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills required
  • Some Patient/Doctor Office “in person” consultation
  • Able to work weekends
  • Able to adapt quickly to an ever-changing environment
  • Ability to collaborate on team projects
  • Subject to Background check
  • Drug testing a condition of employment
